All publicity*, visual and oral, and any tangible result of contract activity (production, displays, exhibits, etc.) must bear specifc acknowledgment of support by New Mexico Arts (NMArts) and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA):

*Publicity shall include all printed and electronic programs, posters, playbills, announcements, and releases to the news media, etc.

It is not sufficient merely to list New Mexico Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts as a contributor along with all other contributors, sponsors or patrons. The following statement must be used exactly as it's printed below.

"This project is made possible in part by New Mexico Arts, a division of the Department of Cultural Affairs, and the National Endowment for the Arts"
