All publicity, visual and oral, and any tangible result of the contract activity (production, displays, exhibits, etc.) must bear the following acknowledgment of support by New Mexico Arts (NMArts) and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA):

"This project is made possible in part by New Mexico Arts, a division of the Department of Cultural Affairs, and the National Endowment for the Arts"

Publicity shall include all printed and electronic programs, posters, playbills, announcements, and releases to the news media, etc.

Please note: It is not sufficient merely to list New Mexico Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts as a contributor along with all other contributors, sponsors or patrons. The complete wording above must be used.
