Community-based Arts Trail Development

In FY2008 and FY2009, New Mexico Arts provided funding for community-based arts trail development. Arts trail organizations have received grants for arts trail start-up activities or for further development of existing trails. Trails that have received development funds are listed here.

Ancient Way Arts Trail, http://www.ancientwayartstrail.com
This multidisciplinary trail runs from Grants, through Ramah, Zuni, and Gallup.

New Mexico Potters Trail, http://newmexicopotterstrail.org/html/map.html
This arts trail features potters’ studios and galleries from Galisteo through Santa Fe to Taos.

Trails & Rails Arts Trail
Running throughout Valencia County, this multidisciplinary trail goes through Los Lunas, Belen, and Tome.

A project of the Moreno Valley Arts Council, this multidisciplinary trail encompasses sites from Cimarron to Eagle Nest and Angel Fire to Ocate and Taos Canyon
